Terms Of Service of Toxi De Vyne

Quick Read Version:

1. When commissioning SFW art you must provide a SFW or appropriately censored reference sheet. Explicit pornographic artwork intended to be used as a reference will not be accepted. NSFW (Nude only) references may be accepted for nude pinup art commissions only.

2. Text based character descriptions will not be accepted for the majority of my commission offerings. (EXCEPTION: Text based descriptions will only be accepted for Reference Sheet Commission types only and must be provided in concise dot point format.)

3. You will NOT resell copies of Toxi De Vyne’s work for commercial profit, this includes NFTs and producing merchandise using the artwork commissioned.

4. You may print the artwork on any media of your choosing FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY (e.g stickers, tshirts, posters) as long as Toxi’s signature and web address remain on the piece.

5. Refunds: When an invoice is paid you are committing to a commission from Toxi De Vyne. Refunds will not be offered for change of mind. Refunds are offered at the discretion of the artist in the case where the piece is unable to be completed in a timely manner by the artist (longer than 4 months) or if the artwork can not be completed due to any other reason. A refund request will not be accepted if the commission progress is being held up by the commissioner not providing details or feedback.

6. Communication for commissions will be handled over email or within my livestream (when I am working on your piece) only.

7. Outside editing of my work is strictly forbidden, my signatures must remain on the piece at all times

8. Slots will not be held without payment, commissions enter the queue from when invoices are paid. Please ensure prompt payment to secure your slot.

9. By commissioning Toxi De Vyne, you agree to conduct yourself in a professional and respectful manner as will be afforded to you from Toxi De Vyne.

10. Payments accepted Square, Stripe, Australian Bank Transfer.
